 Head Markings:

White blaze with solid colour on either side giving a well balanced appearance.

20 Points

 Spotting:

Coloured spotting on a white body. Clear, distinct and well distributed.

30 Points

 Type/Shape:

Broad roman nose with a good width of muzzle rounded at the nostrils. Short and cobby body with very deep, broad shoulders.

15 Points

 Eyes/Ears:

Bold eye, ears large and drooping.

10 Points

 

 Feet:

Solid colour

10 Points

 Coat/Colour:

Coat short and silky, colour to conform with appropriate Self standard.

10 Points

 Total 100 Points

 Conditon:

To handle firm and be of good size.

Remarks:

Incomplete blaze and white feet to be severly penalised. Some Dalmatians with large eyes may have a blue/grey ring completely around the outer edge of the eye; this is not a fault. Eye colour is to conform to ESCC* or NACC** Standards with the exception of the Black whose eye may be a ruby tint.

Disqualifications:

Solid head, fatty eye, side whiskers, broken skin, running lice and/or coat faults. Any cavy judges to be in pig; nail(s) and/or foot pad(s) deviating from appropriate self or agouti (ticked) standard. Static lice to be penalised according to extent.
