I'm proud to be an American, and proud of our country. If you don't agree, that is certainly your prerogative..But if I were you I'd look at other countries..If you still feel the same, then by all means catch the next plane for that "other" country, as for me...THANKS, but NO THANKS. It is our God given right to make whatever choices we want.......We have that right because many young men and women sacrificed their lives so this great country can maintain that right....This is for them.
I'm proud to say that I have a son, a grandson and a nephew now serving in the military. My youngest son, Jason and my nephew Tony are in the Marines, my grandson Joey is in the Air Force. You will meet them here
I will include other web sites that feel as I do about our country and the people who serve.
This is my youngest son, Jason. He is stationed at Camp LeJeune in North Carolina.
This is my nephew Tony, he is a careerist Marine.
He was also at Camp LeJeune, during the time when Jason first came to that
base. He is married to wonderful young lady who was also a Marine..must be
something about North Carolina..They have two great children, Emily and Lane.
Jason also met his bride in North Carolina. Her name is Sonya, and she is from there. They have been married for a year now. They had a beautiful military wedding on base.
This is Jason (the groom, on the left), my nephew
Tony (the best man, on the right)and the proud mother of the groom (me, the
little old lady) and lovely Miss Emily (Tony's daughter, the beautiful blonde)
on the wedding day, January 4, 1997.
This is Joey, my grandson. He is in the Air Force
stationed at Minot A.F.B, North Dakota. I'm so very proud of him. Isn't he
handsome.
The Dove of Peace flies from site to site, through as many countries as possible. It does not belong to ANY belief system. Please help it make a line around the globe by taking it with you to your site, by giving it to someone for their site, by passing it on to another continent, or to the conflict areas of the world..
