Patchwork's Page
Welcome!
Welcome to my home page. I am a Special Education teacher, a wife, a mother and a friend. Children are my passion in life. This page is "family-centered" and I will share with you some great ideas that I've found surfing the web. This page is designed to assist parents and teachers with resources geared towards kids of all ages and ability levels. I've also added a few touches of my own! I try to live by the following motto: "CHERISH TODAY...Yesterday is but a dream. Tomorrow, a vision of hope. Look to this day for it is life." Thank you for stopping in and come back soon!

Children Learn What They Live

If a child lives with criticism, he learns to condemn.

If a child lives with hostility, he learns to fight.

If a child lives with ridicule, he learns to be shy.

If a child lives with shame, he learns to feel guilty.

If a child lives with tolerance, he learns to be patient.

If a child lives with encouragement, he learns to be confident.

If a child lives with praise, he learns to appreciate.

If a child lives with fairness, he learns to have faith.

If a child lives with approval, he learns to like himself.

If a child lives with acceptance and friendship, he learns to find love in the world.
