He was an owner and operater of a Sohio gas station in On the corner of Yellow Springs and Pleasant Streets, Springfield, Ohio. Born with the name Ralph Edwin Mustard. He was married to Helen Ruth JENKINS on 15 Jul 1939 in West Jefferson, Ohio. Helen and Ralph were married in the West Jefferson Methodist Church, West Jefferson, Ohio, by Reverend W. E. Cummins, great uncle of the bride.

3. Helen Ruth JENKINS was born on 5 Jul 1915 in Lima, Ohio. She died on 20 Nov 1994 in Springfield, Ohio. She died of sudden cardiac arrest. She was buried on 23 Nov 1994 in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio. Buried in Garden of the Apostles. Children were:
