4. Thomas Perry MUSTAR was born on 19 Feb 1875 in Benton Township, Pike County, Ohio. Thomas Mustar's birth was recorded in Probate Court, Pike County, Ohio on May 15, 1876. He used the May 15, 1876 date as his official birthdate. He died on 18 Jun 1962 in Oak Hill, Ohio. He died of cerebral embolus. He was buried on 21 Jun 1962 in CM Cemetery, Oak Hill, Ohio. He was a coal miner. Born with surname of Mustard. Died with surname of Mustar.

Somewhere between 1910 and 1913 the surname was changed from Mustard to Mustar. All of the children, except Robert, were born Mustard.

The 1880 census shows that he was living with his grandparents, Elihu and Maria Clay in Benton Township, Pike County, Ohio. He was married to Mary Jane WINDON on 4 Sep 1897 in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Mary Jane went to visit her sister (Lizzie Windon Lambert) in Milladgeville, Ohio and this is where she met Thomas Mustard who was working for the Haigler family. The marriage of Thomas Mustard and Mary Jane Windon was solemnized by S.J. Todd, Mayor of Jeffersonville, Ohio.

They lived in Greenfield Township, Gallia County in 1900 and in Oak Hill, Madison Township, Jackson County, Ohio in 1910.

5. Mary Jane WINDON was born on 11 Mar 1877 in Gallia County, Ohio. She died on 21 Jul 1957 in Holzer Hospital, Gallipolis, Ohio. She died of suppurative choleripidis. She was buried on 24 Jul 1957 in CM Cemetery, Oak Hill, Ohio. Many of her friends and family called her Jennie. Children were:

i. Clifford Dewey MUSTAR was born on 14 May 1899 in Haigler's Station, Ohio. Fayette County, Jefferson Twp. Born with surname of Mustar. Birth record states "by affidavit of Eva Moats and Lewis Moats, filed February 26, 1940. By affidavit of Mary Jane Mustar and Tom Mustar, filed April 21, 1941. He died on 26 Aug 1979 in Springfield, Ohio. He died of arteriosclerotic heart disease. He was buried on 29 Aug 1979 in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio. He is buried in the Garden of the Apostles.
ii. John Everett MUSTAR was born on 5 Oct 1901. He died on 11 Feb 1939 in Eifort, Ohio. John Mustar died in Bloom Twp.,Scioto County. He died of a broken neck sustained from getting caught in a machine driven belt at Eastern Clay Products. He was buried on 14 Feb 1939 in CM Cemetery, Oak Hill, Ohio. Born with surname of Mustard.
iii. William Gilbert MUSTAR was born on 24 Oct 1904 in Oak Hill, Ohio. He died on 29 Aug 1996 in Wellston, Ohio. He died of a brain tumor. He was buried Septmber 3, 1996 in CM Cemetary, Oak Hill, Ohio. Born with the surname of Mustard. Gilbert served in the Army Air Corps in World War II. Gilbert never married.
iv. Leona Evaline MUSTAR was born on 16 Oct 1908 in Oak Hill, Ohio. She died on 2 Apr 1996 in Springfield, Ohio. She was buried in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio. She is buried in the Gardne of Nativity. Born with surname of Mustard. Birth certificate states first name as Lena.

vi. Robert Burmond MUSTAR was born on 8 Feb 1913 in Oak Hill, Ohio. He died on 5 Oct 1981 in Circleville, Ohio. He died of adenocarcinoma of the colon. He was buried on 9 Oct 1981 in CM Cemetery, Oak Hill, Ohio. He was a. Robert owned and operated the Hi-Way Restaurant in Oak Hill, Ohio, with his partner George McGee. Robert Mustar served in World War II in the United States Army.
