1979 in Springfield, Ohio. He died of arteriosclerotic heart disease. He was
buried on 29 Aug 1979 in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio. He
is buried in the Garden of the Apostles.

Ohio. John Mustar died in Bloom Twp.,Scioto County. He died of a broken neck
