Tracing My Roots

I believe the greatest tribute I can give my ancestors that came and went before me and the greatest legacy I can give my children, and those who come after me, is to find, trace, and record our genealogy.

Boy, when I started researching my family tree, never in a million years did I think it would be so huge, and uncover so many mysteries, and scandals. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I am still working on this page, so be patient with me, and feel free to stop by and check it out as often as you like! If you see familiar names on any of my trees, feel free to e-mail me. I don't want to leave anyone from the family out!

The Hatt family tree is huge!!! William (Bonnet?) Hatt was the first in the US.

While doing research for the Hatt tree, I found info on the VanCampen line of my family.

I am a descendant of Margaret Lightheart and Thomas Morson who lived in Middlesex County, Ontario. Their daughter, Sophia Morson, married Elijah Smith Harris. I am working on this line, and should have it added to my site soon.
