Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrot Soup
6 cups turkey broth
1 onion (diced)
6 carrots (sliced)
1-2 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
Boil carrots and onions in the broth. When the carrots are tender, add the broccoli and cauliflower. Cook until they are tender. Then add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
Note: Add a few instant mashed potato flakes to it to thicken it slightly at the end.
