Amy's Crockpot BBQ


3-4 lbs. boneless pork spareribs
1 bottle Hickory or Mesquite flavored BBQ sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper


Mix BBQ sauce with vinegar and spices. Put ribs in crockpot and then pour BBQ sauce over all. Cook 8 hours on low or medium low. Serve hot on buns.
