Fruit Salad


1 bag frozen fruit (cantaloupe, grapes, honeydew melon, peaches)
2 large cans pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 small bag tiny marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
1 large package French vanilla pudding mix
1 small jar marshmallow creme
1 8 oz. bar cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed


Whip marshmallow creme with cream cheese until smooth. Add dry pudding mix and whip again. Fold in Cool-Whip. Set aside. Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juice. Combine all fruit. Add as little or as much of the juice from the drained fruit to the creamy mixture as you like. Combine with fruit and mix well. Just before serving, add marshamallows and walnuts. Serve well chilled.
