Hashbrown Quiche
1 1/2 cups shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
1/3 cup butter, melted
6 slices bacon, crumbled or 2 cups cooked, crumbled sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
Press potatoes between paper towel to absorb moisture. Press into bottom and sides of ungreased pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Place bacon, cheese, green peppers and onions on potatoes. Beat eggs, milk and black pepper. Pour over cheese, bacon, etc. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes to set.
