Low Fat Chicken Spaghetti


4 chicken breasts (boiled and cut bite size)
1 onion (diced)
1 bell pepper (diced)
6 mushrooms (sliced, optional)
1 can Rotel
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lb. Healthy Choice cheese (like Velveeta, cubed)
3 cups spaghetti (cooked and drained)


Melt cheese with Rotel in microwave on medium. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms, chicken and spices to Rotel mixture. Cook in microwave on medium low until onions and peppers are tender. Mix with noodles. Serve hot.
