Chicken Tortilla Bake
3 cups diced chicken breast
2-4 oz. cans chopped green chilies
1 can reduced fat Cream of Chicken soup
1 can reduced fat Cream of Celery soup
1 cup chicken broth (or boullion)
1 onion (diced)
1 small bell pepper (diced)
1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
12 tortillas
Combine shredded chicken, chopped green chilies, broth, soups, onions,
and bell pepper. Layer 1/2 the tortillas on the bottom of a Pam sprayed 9"
X 13" baking dish, cutting to fit if necessary. Top with 1/2 chicken
mixture and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes
