Low Fat Mixed Vegetable Casserole


1-16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg. fat free cream cheese
2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
1 onion (diced)
1 cup bread crumbs


Cook veggies to desired doneness. Drain well. Return to pan. Add onion, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Melt cream cheese over low heat. Once cream cheese is melted, pour vegetables into a baking dish. Mix crumbs with enough I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray to moisten. Top vegetables with buttered crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
