Low Fat Spaghetti
1 lb. VERY lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 onion (diced)
1 bell pepper (diced)
4 mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 tsp. each oregano, thyme, basil and garlic powder
2 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes
1 can tomato puree
1 bay leaf
3 cups cooked spaghetti noodles
Brown meat with onions and bell peppers. Drain grease off well. Add all remaining ingredients except noodles. Simmer 1 hour on low. Remove bay leaf and serve over noodles.
