Amy's Low Fat Spicy Catalina Chicken
4-6 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 cup fat free Catalina salad dressing
3 Tbsp. apricot All Fruit
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Mix dressing with All Fruit. Whip until not quite so lumpy. Add spices.
Pour over chicken in a baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° 1 hour
or until chicken is tender. This may also be grilled, but be careful not to
place it too close to the heat as the natural sugars in the All Fruit will cause it to
char!
