World's Best Pecan Pie
1 cup dark Karo syrup
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Boil sugar and Karo together with butter and vanilla. Boil about 2 minutes. Pour slowly over eggs, stirring well. Add pecans. Pour into an unbaked pie crust and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 50 minutes.
