Pepper Steak


1 lb. sirloin tip roast (cut in thin strips)
1 onion (slivered)
1 green bell pepper (slivered)
1 red bell pepper (slivered)
1 yellow bell pepper (slivered)
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice seasoning
2 cups water
2 beef buillion cubes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch


Cook beef with onions, peppers, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce and spices. Cook until meat is done. Add water and buillion cubes in the center of your skillet. Allow buillion to dissolve.Mix cornstarch with just enough water to make pasty. Add cornstarch mixture to all to thicken. Stir well and simmer until nice and thick. Serve over hot cooked rice.
