Sunday Dinner Roast with Vegetables


1 sirloin tip roast
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 lb. baby carrots
4-6 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1 beef boullion cube
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 onion (in chunks)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
black pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce


Place roast in crock pot. Arrange veggies around it. Dissolve boullion cube in a cup of boiling water. Mix soup in with the boullion. Sprinkle all spices on roast, then pour soup over all. Simmer on low or medium low 6-8 hours.
