Stir Fry
1 lb. chicken or beef (cut small)
1 large onion (slivered)
1 red bell pepper (slivered)
1 green bell pepper (slivered)
1 large head broccoli (florets)
1 can bamboo shoots (drained)
1 can water chestnuts (drained)
10-12 fresh peapods
6-8 large mushrooms (sliced or quartered)
1/2 lb. carrots (shredded or julienned)
soy sauce to taste
1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cook chicken or beef with the soy sauce really fast. Add remaining ingredients and cook to desired doneness. Serve with hot rice.
