Anitas Spinach Salad


Silverbeet or Spinach Leaves

1 Onion

4 Rashers Cooked Bacon

French Dressing

Finely slice the washed spinach leaves, place in a bowl, add finely sliced onion rings, and sliced bacon, pour over the following French Dressing, dont pour on too much tho or it will drown, just enough so that the salad is still crispy. This is a scrumptious salad, can be served with anything.

FRENCH DRESSING

¾ Cup Oil

¼ Cup White Vinegar

¼ Tsp Mustard Powder

Salt & Pepper

1 Tbsp Chopped Herbs

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
