1 and half Cups Sour Cream
1 and half Tsp Baking Soda
whip together and let rise for a few minutes.
Topping:
Half cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
Half tsp Cocoa
Nuts or Raisins (optional)
Batter:
Half cup Butter
1 and half Cups Icing Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Coffee
3 tsp Baking Powder
Half tsp Salt
Cream butter & Sugar, then add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream mixture. Line a big round tin with paper and pour in a layer of batter then a layer of topping, do this 3 times. Cut through with a knife so topping is mixed through cake. Bake 1 hour at 180°C
