Returns & Refunds:
Returned packages must be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All items must be in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed when the item(s) are received. We are not responsible for returned packages lost in the mail so please make sure you have insured the package. Refunds will be given for the price(s) of the returned item(s) indicated on your receipt minus any shipping cost we paid (this would be for packages shipped free of charge by us). Before returning items you must email or call us in advance.
