231. Sarah⁸ SHORT was born in Northampton County, NC, August 14, 1745. She died June 2, 1814 in Maury County, TN, at 68 years of age.

She married Robert GOODLOE 1768. He was born in Caroline County, VA April 4, 1741. Robert was the son of George GOODLOE and Diana MINOR. He died January 25, 1797 in Granville County, NC, at 55 years of age. Robert's occupation: Planter. (See Robert GOODLOE for the children resulting from this marriage.)
