He married Ann PHILLIPS estimated 1835. She was born in ?Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, South Wales August 9, 1809. She died May 1880 in Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA, at 70 years of age.

John DAVIES and Ann PHILLIPS had the following children:

+ 86 i. Henry P.⁵ DAVIES was born July 1, 1838.

159 ii. Ebenezer P. DAVIES⁽²³³⁾. He died after 1911.
