I will fill you in on the boys' lives. They both love school. For about a week Carter was eating two breakfasts. He would eat at home and then go to school and want more food, so his teachers would let him go to the cafeteria. He tells me that our breakfast at home is boring! I have only had one note from his teacher so far, so things are going well I guess.

Jacob is becoming very opinionated. Last week they were studying families and they had to fill out a sheet with two columns. The columns were: Things I Know and Things I Want to Know. Under his things I know column he wrote: I don't have any sisters, my Grandma lives far away, and my dad is mean! I thought it was hilarious, but David wasn't as amused.

Both of the boys are taking karate. They really enjoy it and they think the only reason they are taking it is so they can "beat Daddy at wrestling!" They both should be testing for their orange stripe in December.

Owen is a little terror. He wants all of my attention all of the time. He also has a lot of fun putting things where they don't belong. We find toys in the fridge, shoes in the hamper, and diapers in the pantry. He is darling though, so I guess it's fine that he makes such messes.
