In the name of God, amen! I John FRY of the Borough of Lancaster in the County of Lancaster, yeoman, being sick and weake of body but of sound memory and understanding, thanks be given unto God therefore, calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is apointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, as followeth:

Imprimis: It is my will and I do order that in the first place all my just debts and funeral charges shall be paid and satisfied.

Item, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Dorothea all this my house and lot, together with my moveables to her during her life.

Item, It is my will that after my wife's decease, I give, devise and dispose my said house and lot and moveables left by my wife unto my two sons John FRY and Jacob FRY to them, their heirs and assigns forever, to be equally divided among them in share and share alike.

Item, It is my will that after said wife's decease, my said two sons shall pay out of my estate unto my daughter Margaret the sum of five pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania, being the wife of Peter KEEFFER, which shall be her full share of my estate and no more, because she did not behave herself towards her father and mother as she art to do.

And lastly, I nominate, make and appoint my beloved wife Dorothea executrix, and my beloved friends George ARNOLD and Frederick SHANK executors to these my last will and testament. And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke, and disannul all and every other wills, legacies, and executors by me at any time before this time named, willed, and bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no others to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the twenty-third day of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand seven hundred and sixty four 1764.
