Mug Shots
... and a little more about me

This is one of the first pictures taken of me... I was eight weeks old at the time. I was born on August 10, 1994, and came to live with my family in October of that year. I got my name, "Autumn Blaze," because I blended in so well with all the leaves that covered our back yard. To this day, I still love to "help" when Dad rakes them into big piles. Fall is my favorite time of year. Blaze at 8 weeks

Mom and Dad made sure I got the best possible education. First Puppy Kindergarten, then Obedience and Agility (which I especially enjoyed). They also taught me the importance of community involvement. This picture was taken when I was part of a fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society called the "Leash On Life Walk" along with 150 other dogs. I was so proud to be awarded the "Top Dog" prize for most money raised!!! So were Mom and Dad - I got lots of extra treats that night!

Finally I was all grown up. Mom and Dad think I've grown into a fairly handsome fellow, although they know I would have never succeeded in the show ring. But who needs ribbons? I surely don't... even if I had some, I'd probably just chew them up! I'm sorry to admit that even though I'm an adult, I still enjoy a puppyish prank from time to time, like stealing an unattended slipper, or laundry from the hamper.

There's very little that I enjoy more than food (other than my woobies, of course). I was very disappointed when I found that this tin of popcorn had been emptied behind my back!!! Actually, snagging popcorn out of the air is one of my very favorite pastimes... I'm always sad when football and basketball season end, because there's always popcorn around when Mom & Dad are watching the games!
