Butchart Gardens
After disembarking from the Ferry, we drove down the Sannich Peninsula to Butchart Gardens. Formerly a limestone quarry, the owner's wife had it converted to a sunken garden.
Over the years it has evolved into a fabulous place with absolutely astounding varieties and colors of flowers. The few pictures here hardly do it justice, but do suggest the beauty of the place.
