This page about two events which became at the end of November 1997. They had a lot of common : They were TenSing seminars for inviting new people to TenSing and a people from TenSing Norway took part at them.
The local branch of YMCA exists in Hradec for long time but they haven't many young members. At the beginning of September Czech TenSing board at its meeting in YMCA building in Praha sought a place for a TenSing Know-How seminar with a team from TenSing Norway. Luckily at the same place there were representatives of YMCA in Hradec and they agreed with arranging this seminar in their city.
From TenSing Norway two teams came. They arrived to Hradec in the middle of the week and spent two days visiting local school, making concerts and inviting young poeple to seminar.

The seminar started on Friday. There were not only youth from Hradec but also members of all Czech TenSing groups plus TenSing Bratislava. After playing some games we started to work - there were rehearsal of the big choir. The rehearsal continued on Saturday. Besides the big choir we chose an workshop - drama, dance, band, ...
The top of the seminar was at 7 pm. All what we had learnt and created at there plus a short performance of TenSing Norway we showed at a public concert in town museum.
On Sunday morning we had a creative Service which was prepared by Bible groups previous day. Than we continued with workshops, there were also leader training course. People from Hradec told about how to organise TenSing in Hradec.
One of TenSing Norway teams departed from Hradec to Policka where it did simuliar seminar. So maybe in near future there will be two new TenSing groups in Czech republic - Hradec Kralove and Policka.
This visit of Ulfteam wasn't planed but it helped us very much. Our TenSing was in crise, we felt exhasted, without any ideas and motivation to our work. Ulfteam should have been in Ukraine but something happened and they were free. Leaders of TenSing Norway ask Radim Zarsky, Czech TenSing secretary, if he could have found a place for them. Radim asked us. We agreed even we had only a week for preparation. Thanks Zdenek we managed it.
On Tuesday evening 7 Norwegians arrived to Krabcice. There they lived at Old school which isn't very good place for everyday living during the winter. It is a terribly cold house ( Gro and Marit should tell you ) with only a stove for heating. But they managed it very well ( almost all has little cold ). They worked most of time. In the mornigs they visited schools in Roudnice and had there concerts for students who inveted to TenSing seminar. Of course, there were a lot of time for talking.

A TenSing seminar started on Saturday morning. There were about 50 young people ( thanks Norwegians and also that we lent a bus for transport from Roudnice ). First we played some games, then there were big choir and finally we divided to 3 workshops ( dance, drama and band ). The Old school was really full when we had there common rehearsal of choir and band.

At 6 pm the bus arrived again. We put all instrument to in and moved to Roudnice. There we had a concert for public audience. In this concert we sangs 6 songs, danced a dance and acted a drama which we had learnt and prepared only that day. The beginning of the concert was very nervous because we left our electric guitar in the bus. Whole concert was god. Some peole who were at the seminar, started to visit regulary our TenSing rehearsals.

On Sunday morning we and Norwegians together visited Service and sang there( poor Norwegians had to listen to Czech service two times because our pastor asked them to sing at his second service that day). In the afternoon they left us for Gdynia. From Gdynia they went to Norway for spending Christmas and NewYear at home. It was very nice to meet them - they not only helped us with TenSing but they were very friendly.
