TenSing Norway in action

TenSing Norway is a project of YMCA/YWCA Norway. It run some years and helps to spread TenSing.

TenSing Norway is a group of 40 young people from Norway who spend a year together. They are members of various Ten Sing groups. They prepare a concert, go to various countries in Europe and even in Asia and spred TenSing ideas.

Important part of their work is help to existing TenSing groups or founding of new groups.

After 1989 TenSing Norway is active in Central and Eastern Europe. It had its base in the Czech republic, but last year it move to Poland. TenSing Norway helped almost all TenSing groups in the Czech republic.

My first personal experience with TenSing ( and most of people in Krabcice also ) was a concert of TenSing Norway. Thanks them we start TenSing work in Krabcice.

TenSing Norway 95/96 had a big influence in our work in Krabcice. Some of us visited its base in Svitavice in October 1995, most of us visited its concert in Prague in December 1995. And mainly one of its team - Mariteam spendt a weekend in Krabcice where they led workshops. In April '96 four people came to Krnov where this team led Leader Traning Course.

In June 1997 I visited Polish TenSing Festival in Gdynia. There was also TenSing Norway. They had a concert there. So there are 2 pictures from TenSing Norway 96/97 Show :
