Annual Assessment and Late Fee Policy

Annual Assessment
The current assessment is $385/year to be paid by January 1, 2006

Late Fee Policy
All assessment installments not received by the Association by the Fifteenth (15th) day following each Assessment Period (quarterly) shall be deemed delinquent and the management company shall charge the delinquent member a Twenty dollar ($20.00) late fee.

The Board may waive the late fee if:

1. A written request for waiver is submitted and/or
2. A majority of Board members vote in favor of the request.
