Purpose of Assessments, Article IV, Section 2, Declaration
The assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively to
promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents in the
Property and for the improvement, maintenance, repair and replacement of
the Common Area, including the payment of taxes and any front foot benefit
assessments for the Common Area.
