Never did I want to know how it felt to loose
a friend, but now that the feeling is here it
will never end.

I never knew you very well but how I wish I could,
but now that you have left me I know I never would.

As I sit and look around and find out what I feel,
I am scared and shocked, I still can't believe it's real.

I think of family and close friends, as I sit and cry,
and the question repeats in my head, Why did you have to die?
