This delicious recipe is quick and easy and can be formed into different shapes that are really sweet. I used a heart shaped cheeseball for my wedding reception and also for recent Valentine's Days. It is lovely and sets the mood for romantic occasions...just add a few crackers.

• 2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese at room temperature
• 2 cups (8oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon pimentos
• 1 tablespoon green pepper
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
• dash of salt
• finely chopped nuts

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until mixed thoroughly.
2. Form into ball or other design of your choosing.
3. Press finely chopped nuts of your choice onto your cheese design.
4. Wrap & refrigerate until needed. May be made in advance for parties, etc. Keeps well.
