Mary-Eben & Elan's very first litter was born around 11pm-11:30pm on January 23rd, 1999! There are 4 beautiful squeaky pups in the nest. There are 2 dark eyed, dark skinned ones, one dark eyed pink skinned one, and one pink eyed! Mary is a very good, very protective mommy and Elan is a loving daddy. Hopefully there will be some polar fox in this litter but even if there isn't, they'll be awesome anyway!

4 little cuties!

The 4 pups are all named after musical terms. Symphony is a yellow fox female, Forte is a grey agouti male, Piano is a grey agouti female, and Crescendo is a silver nutmeg male. They're a very pretty bunch!

The Birth Announcement

2/9/99 - Blinkey blinkey! We've got a couple eyes open ;) Well, Forte's going to be going to Colorado with Melissa, Crescendo and Symphony are going to Texas, and Piano's probably going to Nevada to live with Lisa B. = )

2/4/99 - Everybody but Piano (grey agouti) has a home. Piano'd be a great pet with one of my little girls, or if you're interested in breeding I have argente and agouti spotted boys who would have grey agouti, among other things... With a schimmel boy she'd also be nice, since they'd have agouti and DEH and perhaps black and nutmeg too, carrying e(f) and g.

1/30/99 - I'm beginning to think that Crescendo is definitely a silver nutmeg = ) He and Symphony now have a home. Forte and Piano would make a good pair as well if anyone is interested. They would have polar fox. They would also go quite well with one of Adia's pups, since they'd have grey agouti and spotteds.

1/30/99 - As of today, it appears that Forte is a grey agouti male, Piano is a grey agouti female, Symphony is a yellow fox female, and Crescendo is some kind of nutmeg. I'm not sure if he's silver nutmeg or regular nutmeg though. They are such chubby little buggers! I guess it's because there are only 4.

1/25/99 - Today it looks like one of them is pink eyed! So that makes Mary AaPpC*eegg and Elan of course is AaPpC*EeGg.
