Surviving are his mother, Mrs Lucy Baily of Delphi, a sister, Mrs Clark Becker of Cazenovia; three brothers, Henry and Charles Ackley of Delphi and Claude Baily of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p m tomorrow at Eaton Tubbs Funeral Home, Fayetteville, the Rev Ellis Cowling officiating. Interment will be in Manlius. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p m today. He was buried in Christ Church Cemetery, Manlius, Onondaga, New York.17 He appeared in the census 1900, 1920 & 1930 in New York.
