Paul R. Robinson,, 81, of Frankfort died at 1:40 a.m. Thursday,
December 29,1994 at his home. He was born Nov 15, 1913 in
West Virginia, to John and Bessie Price Robinson. On March 4, 1937, he married
M. Juanita Ackley in Greenup, Ky. They were married for 57 years.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Patricia Eileen "Patsy" Pensyl,
Tucson, Ariz.; daughter and son-in-law, Diana Lynn and Gary Anderson, Strongsville,
Ohio; sons and daughters-in-law, Ralph Eugene "Champ" and Ann Robinson,
Frankfort, David Lee and Debbie Robinson, New Holland, John G. and Brenda Robinson,
Frankfort; two sons, Richard Allen "Rick" and Michael "Mike"
Robinson, Frankfort; 11 grandchildren, Carolyn Patricia Pensyl Pferdeart, Edwin
George Pensyl, Kimberly Ann Robinson Warnecke, Ralph Eugene "Robie"
Robinson II, Donald Stumbo, Jason David Robinson, Jamie Dawn Robinson, Rochell
Robinson, Derek Conrad Anderson, Genora Lavoughn Anderson, and John Paul Robinson;
six great-grandchildren, Katrina Lynn and Rebecca Pferdeart, Terry Wayne and
Jared Lee Mick, John Michael Warnecke and Stacey Christine Robinson. He is also
survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Paul Wayne "PeeWee"
Robinson; two brothers, Leonard and Emmitt Robinson.
Paul was a member of the Austin United Methodist Church and lived in the Austin
community, since a young boy. He was a member of the Ross County Coonhunters
Club. After 29 years with the Mead Paper Mill, he retired in 1978. Prior to working
there, he had his own custom trucking business.
He loved the outdoors and all of nature; the birds and animals. He enjoyed hunting
in the woods and fields and along the streams. Throughout his life he was always
concerned for his wife and family, and enjoyed being with them. He was a good
and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all
of his family and many dear friends.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Fisher Anderson-Ebright
Funeral Home, Frankfort, with Pastor Bill Cannode officiating. Burial will follow
in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday
(today) from 5-9 p.m.
