Betty Jane Christman, 58, died unexpectedly Monday morning at her residence on Back Hollow Road, Waverly.
Born Sept. 15, 1923, in Pike County to Lewis and Viola White Christman, she was married Aug. 23, 1940, to Robert Christman, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Randy Lee and Robert Christman Jr., Back Hollow Road, and Clyde E. Christman, Topeka, Kan.; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Betty L.) Guzzo, Piketon; eight grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Anna) Nichols, Back Hollow Road. and Mrs. Bernard (Ruth) Renshaw, Willowick. She was predeceased by a brother.
Mrs. Christman attended the Waverly Church of Christ in Christian Union.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, with the Rev. Marion Conkel officiating. Burial will be in Omega Cemetery. Visitation Is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and until the service Friday.
