Dennis Rene Ackley, 62, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2002 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born February 23, 1940 in Ticonderoga, NY to Harry C. and Leona M. (nee Johnson) Ackley.
Dennis was emplolyed as an electrician and also at a soap factory. He is survived by daughter, Debbie Mayhook of Westbrook, NY; mother, Leona M. Ackley of Oneonta, NY; daughter, Lisa McGrath of Hometown, IL; grandson, Mark Mayhook of West Brookville, NY; and brother, Roger E. Ackley of Oneonta, NY.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry C. Ackley.

Cremation took place May 1, 2002 in Tennessee.
