5. Anson ACKLEY appeared in the census 1820 & 1830 in New York. He was born on 6 Jul 1797 in Litchfield, Litchfield , Connecticut.2,8,13,14,15,16 1860 census has birth plas as Mass He was living in 1813 in Darien, Genesee, New York.17,18 He was living in 1820 in Vienna, Oneida , New York.4 He was living in 1830 in Verona, Oneida , New York.19 He was living about 1834 in Bellevue, Eaton , Michigan.16 Anson Ackley, also a prominent member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, was born in New York in 1797, and settled in Bellevue in 1834. He died in 1865
He was living between 1840 and 1860 in Convis, Calhoun , Michigan.13,14,20 He appointed as a trustee of the Methodist Episcopal Church on 17 Dec 1845 Bellevue, Eaton , Michigan.21 On the 17th day of December, 1845, Mr. Reynolds appointed as trustees of the "First Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Bellevue," John T. Ellis, Anson Ackley, James Andrews, Sylvanus Hunsiker, Robert J. Grant, Congdon Brown, and Samuel Reynolds
Between 1850 and 1860 he was Farmer at Convis, Calhoun , Michigan.13,14 He died on 12 Dec 1865 in Calhoun , Michigan.2,15,16 He had his estate probated on 27 Jan 1866 in Calhoun , Michigan.15 Know all men by these present that I Anson Ackley of the township of Convis in the County of Calhoun and State of Michigan, again being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this last will and testament.

First I give and bequeath to my daughter L Diana Brown five hundred dollars.
Second I give and bequeath to my son Frederick D Ackley one hundred dollars.
Third I give and bequeath to my daughter Caroline M Sprague four hundred dollars.
Fourth I give and bequeath to my daughter Harriet G Morey five hundred dollars
Fifth I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah M Fitzgerald five hundred dollars
Each and all of the above mentioned five legacies to be paid in five equal annual payments without interest from and after the death of my wife Sally Ackley.
Sixth I give and bequeath to my sons Charles H Ackley and George W Ackley all my household furniture Wearing Apparel and all the rest and residue of my household. He was buried in Bellevue's Riverside Cemetary, Eaton , Michigan.15 section 5c, lot 23 He appeared in the census 1840, 1850 & 1860 in Michigan.

Anson ACKLEY and Olive HOLLIDAY were married about 1822.13,14,15 Olive HOLLIDAY (daughter of Living) appeared in the census 1850 & 1860 in Michigan. She was born about 1802 in New York.13,14 She died on 21 Sep 1861.15 Anson ACKLEY and Olive HOLLIDAY had the following children:
