Agreed that our Treasurer do pay to Owen Jones for the use of David Ackley, at
the request if his mother, who is about to place him apprentice to a Friend of
this city, Five pounds, six shillings and six pence
Apprentice, taught the cordwainer's trade, one quarter's night schooling in the
second year, and two other quarters in the two last years He appeared in the
census in 1800 in Pennsylvania. He was living in 1800 in Philadelphia

To children of late brother Thomas Ackley and Rachel his wife, namely: Martha,
Sarah, John and Thomas Ackely. To David and Mary Ackley children of brother Mordecai
Ackley and Rebecca his wife, both dec'd. To children of Thomas Coughling and
sister Martha, his wife, namely Lydia, Samuel, Elizabeth and Rebecca Coughling.
To John Tolbert son of sister Hannah. To Mercy and Elizabeth Ackley daughters
