Mary Ellen ACKLEY and Enos JONES were married on 23 Oct 1864 in Meigs , Ohio.^4,14,104,112 It is believed that she married Enos Jones of
Meigs County, OH.. In 1864 she and her sister, Ruth B. Ackley, sold their
interest in 40 acres of Jehu's land then one month later, 25 November 1864,
Enos Jones and his wife Mary E., sold their interest in 100 acres. This is the
basis for stating that she married Enos Jones. They lived in Meigs County and
Jehu's farm was near the Meigs County Line.
Enos JONES was living in Mar 1870 in Bedford, Meigs , Ohio.¹⁰⁴ Mary Ellen ACKLEY and Enos JONES had the following children:
