INGREDIENTS
- 150g Smoked Atlantic Salmon
- 1 Loaf Light Rye Bread, Sliced
- 1 Cup Extra Tangy Sour Cream
- 1 Red Onion, Minced
- Capers and Chopped Pimento, to taste
Spread sour cream on sliced rye bread. cover with thinly sliced smoked salmon. Top with generous portion of minced onion. Garnish, to taste, with pimento and capers.
Serve chilled with Zig's Special Salad and a nice Chardonnay.
