WILL OF J. J. PICKREN

Georgia, Coffee County
I, J. J. Pickren, of said State and County, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others, by me
heretofore made.

Item One.

I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and
Christian-like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition
in life.

Item Two.

I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without
unnecessary delay, by my Executors herein after named and appointed

Item Three.

I will and bequeath and devise all of my property, both real
and personal, of whatever kind and whereever situated to my beloved
two sisters, to wit, Mrs. Emma J. Wilcox and Mrs. Dollie C. Clark,
and to my two grand nieces, Sarah Elizabeth Wilcox and Mary Sikes Wilcox,
daughters, of my nephew, W. A. Wilcox, to be divided among the
legatees herein before named in the manner hereinafter in this
instrument designated and subject to the conditions hereinafter set
out.

Item Four.

I give one third of the property herein before referred to to
my sister, Mrs. Emma J. Wilcox, providing she is alive at the time
of my death. But should she have died before I do, then, and in that
event, I desire tat the interest herein provided and given to my
sister, Mrs. Emma J. Wilcox, go to her daughter, Mrs. Kate Wilcox
Baker.

Item Five.

I give and bequeath one third of my property hereinbefore
referred to to my sister, Mrs. Dollie C. Clark, providing she is
in life at the time of my death. But should she have died before I
do, then, and in that event, I desire and bequeath the interest
herein designated as her interest in my estate, go to my niece,
Mrs. Kate Wilcox Baker, and my two grand-nieces, Sara Elizabeth
Wilcox and Mary Sikes Wilcox, daughters of my nephew, W. A. Wilcox,
to share and share alike.

Item Six.

I give and bequeath one third of all my estate as above referred
to to my two grand-nieces, Sara Elizabeth Wilcox and Mary Sikes
Wilcox, daughters of my nephew, W. A. Wilcox, to share and share
alike. Should either of the last named legatees die
before I do, then, and in that event, the share herein provided for
said legatee, I desire to go the surviving one of the two legatees
herein referred to.

Item Seven.

I hereby name and appoint my nephew, W. A. Wilcox and R. B.
Chastain, Executors of this my last Will and Testament. This the 20th day of July, 1926.

Signed, sealed, declared and published by J. J. Pickren, as his
last Will and Testament, in the presence of the undersigned, as
witnesses thereto, being called individually and specially by J. J.
Pickren as witnesses to this Will, he first signing the same in our
presence and we then signing as witnesses in his presence, and in
the presence of each other. This the 20th day of July, 1926.
