I desire that my body be burried in a decent manner and suitable to my condition in life.
I desire and direct that all of my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay.
I give, bequeath and devise unto my wife, Lula Kirkland, and to my four children by my said wife Lula Kirkland, Viz: June Kirkland, Richard J. Kirkland, James C. Kirkland, and Timothy J. Kirkland, all being of the County and State aforesaid, all of my personal property and realestate of evry kind and character what-so-ever which I shall possess or own at the time of my death, and same shall include all of the horses, mules, cows, hogs, money and choses in action and all other evideness of property.
It is my will and desire and I expressly hereby devise that my said wife and children shall each share equally with the other, share and share alike.
It is the purpose of this will to give and bequeath to my sid wife, Lula Kirkland and my said four children begotten of her, all of the property and rights of property of evry kind which I shall own or possess at the time of my death, I having heretofore given to my children by my first wife, all of the property which I feel that they are entitle to receive from or through me.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son John Abraham Kirkland executor of this my last will and testament, provided ofcourse that he shall be living at the time this will shall be probated and desires to qualify as such executor, otherwise it is my will and desire and I hereby appoint my said wife Lula Kirkland executrix fo this will, with full power to act as is provided by law for the regulation of Executors.
Signed, sealed, declared and published by Kiler Kirkland as his last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribed our names hereto in the presence of said testator, after he had signed his name thereto, and at his special instance and request, and in the presence of each other.
