I Micajah Paulk of said state and county being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do make this my last Will and testament, hereby
revoking and annulling any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1. I desire and direct that my body be burried in a Christian-like
manner suitable to my circumstances and conditions in life.
2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without any
unnecessary delay by my executor hereinafter named and appointed.
3. I having allready give and delivered to my Sons Mitchel Paulk.
George Paulk. and Willie Paulk. their full share of my property I
desire that they shall not receive anymore of my property.
4. I give and bequeath to my daughter, May Paulk. the following
described piece or parcel of land described as being Tract no one
as shown by the platt made by J. H. Pafford on the 10th day of November
1925 and hereto attached. Bounded as follows on the north by lands
of George Paulk, on the east by the runn of little creek on the south
by the runn of little creek and the original lot line and on the
west by the original land lot line the same and being a part of original lot of
land no 157 in the 5 district of said county and state.
5. I give and bequeath to my daughter Delilie Nolan the peice or parcel
of land described as tract no two as shown by the platt described above
the same being bound as follows: On the north beginning at the runn
of Little creek thence east a distance of 343 yards to a stake, along
an agreed line between the lands of George Paulk and the said tract no
two. On the east by an agreed line running north and south to the
original land line, On the south by original lot of land no 166, and
on the west by the run of Little creek and the lands of May Paulk.
6. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mattie Harper the peice or parcel
of land described as tract no three as shown by the platt described above
and is bound as follows: On the north by lands of George Paulk
on the east by the original line and lot of land no 158.
On the south by the original line and lot land no 166 and on the
7. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mamie Bates, the peice or parcel
of land described as tract no four as shown by the platt described
above and being described as being the wouth-west quarter of lot of
land no 156 in the 5 district of said state and county and contains
122 1/2 acres more or less.
8. I give and bequeath to my daughter Bessie Vickers the peice or parcel
of land described as tract no Five as shown by the platt described
above and being further described as the north-west quarter of lot of
land no 156 in the 5 district of said state and county and contains
122 1/2 acres more or less.
9. Immediately after my death I want this will probated, and I appoint
my wife Eliza Paulk executrix of all my property both real and personal.
and to have full charge of it. The reason why is that I want her to have
ample support during the rest of her life. After her death then the
property becomes the property of the heirs described above as May Paulk.

To the Honarable W. P. Ward, Ordinary of said County:
The petition of Eliza Paulk, a resident of said State and County,
shows:
-First-
That Micajah Paulk, late of said County, died in said County, on the
17 day of September, 1929, leaving certain real estate therein, after
having made and published his last will and testament, in which said real estate
is described in which petitioner is nominated as executrix of said will.
-Second-
Petitioner herewith presents said last will and testament of said de-
ceased, and shows that the following named persons are the heirs, and all the
heirs of said testator, to-wit: Eliza Paulk, widow; Mitchell Paulk, George Paulk
and Willie Paulk, sons; May Paulk, Delila Nolan, Mattie Harper, Bessie Vickers,
daughters; and Ozzie Lee bates and Ophaline Bates, children of Mamie Bates, a de-
ceased daughter, and grandchilden of testator. that all of said heirs are resi-
dents of Coffee County, Georgia, except Bessie Vickers who is a resident of Atkin-
son County, Georgia and all are sui juris except said grandchildren who are age
six and four years respectively.

Petitioner prays leave to prove said will in solemn form and to that
end all of said heirs at law be cited to appear at the next Court of Ordinary
for said County to be held on the first Monday in August, 1930, to show cause, if
any they have, why said will should not be proven in solemn form, and admitted to
record as the last will and testament of the said Micajah Paulk, deceased, and why
letters testamentary should not issue to Eliza Paulk, the petitionner, according to
the Statute in shuch case made and provided.
