Georgia - Coffee County.
In re, petition of C. C. Smith and J. D. Jowers, Administrators of Eli Jowers, late of said county, deceased, for letters of dismission from said administration.---In court of Ordinary of said county, February term, 1904.
And now comes Rhoda Jowers, and files this her caveat to the application of C. C. Smith and J. D. Jowers, Administrators of the estate of Eli Jowers, late of said county, deceased, for letters of dismission from said administration, and objects to the granting of said letters of dismission to said administrators, and for ground of objection says:
First. That said C. C. Smith and J. D. Jowers, administrators as aforesaid, have not fully discharged all their duties as such administrators, in the matter of the estate above named represented by them.
Second. For special ground of objection to said discharge and granting of letters of dismission, caveator alleges that the administrators aforesaid have not turned over to the lawful heirs
the residue of the property in their hands belonging to said estate (after payment of debts due by said estate) nor has there been any legal distribution of said property among the lawful heirs of said intestate; especially is this true as to this caveator, who is entitled to her legal share of said property and funds of said estate, as all heir of said intestate, said caveator being the widow of the said Eli Jowers, deceased.
Wherefore caveator, as heir and widow of said Eli Jowers, deceased, prays that said application of daid administrators for letters of dismission be refused and disallowed.
This February 1st, 1904.
