Margaret Mae Laughead (IL2a) was born 3/1/1911 in Philadelphia, PA. She began nurses training and received her R.H. in 1931. She and Warren Trent Wessel were married 1/21/1933. He was born 12/2/1911. Mae stopped working to raise their two sons. After they were grown she went back to nursing and worked for a colon cancer specialist. She continued at that job for 25 years. Warren died 2/3/1975. She and Vernon Harlie Oldaker were married 2/15/1981. He was born 10/1/1918 and died 7/15/1995. Mae eventually went to live with her son Trent and his wife Dorothy in Maui, HI.
