Irwin "Yank" Scott Boyd (ISB2) was born 7/13/1906 in Ardmore, PA. He played many sports as an amateur, notably baseball and hockey. He played semi-professional hockey for the Boston Cubs (Canadian-American Hockey League) from 1929 to 1931. He then played for the Boston Bruins (NHL) from 1931 to 1932. He then played in the CAHL in Philadelphia until he was sold to the Detroit Red Wings. In 1935 or 1936 he dropped back to the minors until wartime player shortages earned him another shot in the NHL in the 42-43 season. After retiring as a player, he coached the Providence Reds (AHL) from 1944 until 1946. He and Doris "Whitie" Ruby Stephens were married 7/16/1931 in Toronto, Ontario. She was born 12/3/1909. They built and operated the Roseneath Manor in Beaumaris, Ontario (which for many years was the vacation spot for sportswriters and their families as well as many others. Yank died 11/12/1979 and Whitie died 9/18/1986. They were both buried at York Cemetery in North York, Ontario.
Dawn Louise Boyd (ISB2a) was born 4/21/1933 in Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from the Dewson High School of Commerce and worked for many years as a secretary. She and Norman "Norm" Wesley Locke were married 4/15/1961. He was born 11/20/1929. He worked for Ontario Hydro until he retired. He died 4/11/1999. Dawn currently lives in Penetanguishene, Ontario.
Carrie Louise Locke (ISB2a1) was born 12/14/1966 in Toronto, Ontario. She attended college and graduated with a diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE). She and Kenneth Reaford John Marchand were married 6/4/1988. He was born 7/20/1962. he works as a welder. They currently live in Penetanguishene, Ontario.
Andrea Dawn Marchand (ISB2a1a) was born 8/12/1991.
Evan Armand Scott Marchand (ISB2a1b) was born 8/25/1993.
Reid Kenneth Wesley Marchand (ISB2a1c) was born 1/5/1997.
Kevin William Boyd Locke (ISB2a2) was born 7/27/1964 in Toronto, Ontario. He married Lisa O'Driscoll. He works with his brother-in-law as a welder in Penetanguishene, Ontario.
Seraphina Anne Locke (ISB2a2a) was born 7/5/2000 in Barrie, Ontario.
Carol Ann Boyd (ISB2b) was born 11/23/1938 in Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from the Dewson High School of Commerce and worked as a secretary for the Rosco Steel Co. While there she met fellow employee James "Jimmy" Alfred Ritchie. They fell in love and married on 10/18/1958. He was born 7/3/1935. They moved to Caledonia, Ontario and currently own and operate Ritchie's Riverbend Restaurant & Tavern. They currently live in Caledonia.
Lee Ann Ritchie (ISB2b1) was born 12/25/1960 in Toronto, Ontario. She and George Parkin were married 7/7/1979. He was born 4/8/1958. George works for Stelco.
Heather Ann Parkin (ISB2b1a) was born 7/17/1980. She currently attends collegein a co-op program, majoring in Journalism. She is also currently working as a journalist for a local newspaper.
Amy Louise Parkin (ISB2b1b) was born 3/15/1982 and is currently attending highschool.
Ashley Elizabeth Parkin (ISB2b1c) was born 8/17/1983 and is currently attending highschool.
James "Jamie" Scott Ritchie (ISB2b2) was born 4/9/1965 in Toronto, Ontario. He and Jennifer McNeil were married 10/28/1995. She was born 11/13/1967. She attended college and graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree. She is currently working as a registered nurse. they currently live in Texas.
Jackson James Ritchie (ISB2b2a) was born 5/21/2001 in Asheville, NC.
