Tina is the daughter of GRC
Coonsboro JFK of McKittycreek and CH Angtini Who...me? of Avicats. She is a silver mackerel tabby with white.
She is a huge girl, weighing over 17 lbs., with a long, tall and very solid body. Her great boning and size are impressive -- they are what you would expect on a male Maine Coon rather than a female. While Tina's ears are moderate in size, she has a powerful muzzle and strong chin. She also has a very plentiful coat, thick and shaggy, which is especially long in winter.
Tina has a wonderful personality -- she's a sweetheart and fearless, too. In contrast to her size and her confidence, she has a tiny little voice that she rarely uses. She loves cuddling and being groomed, and also enjoyed showing herself off at cat shows. It was a thrill when she became a Grand Champion in CFA- a very difficult feat for a female in this breed, and our first female GRC.
Tina is a wonderful mother and passed her size, sweet personality and plentiful coat on to her big beautiful babies - like CFA GRP Avicats Todevighrono,
CFA CH Avicats Koa-Koa Koaxpf!, and CFA GRP Avicats Camden Maine. Tina was screened for HCM at over six years old and her heart was perfect! Tina is now spayed and enjoying her retirement. Her permanent home is with us.
